Over a number of years I have been working on an idea to create an Orchard of trees and wild flowers that are familiar to the region and to harvest the fruits using mainly traditional methods and with a focus on sustainability . Its not easy and many mistakes are made but its a joy to see this creation and my thanks go to so many who have encouraged me and helped me to realize this project.
